US 29 South into Greensboro, NC. Take E. Lee Street exit following signs for I-40 East/I-85 North. I-85 North/40 East, and stay on I-40 East at split after Mebane. Take Exit 276, Fayetteville Road, in Durham. At top of ramp, turn left on Fayetteville Road. At light, turn left onto Highway 54. Go approximately 1 mile. Southpark Professional Office Park on right.
